On July 19, 2023, Optimus Systems held a business research seminar on "AR/VR-based mortar operation and firing training system technology development" at Yangjae El Tower. Sixty-four members of the ROK Army PAG (Project Acquisition Group) visited Optimus Systems headquarters on July 5, 2023.The group watched a demonstration of Optimus Systems' Korean Metaverse Synthetic Battlefield Combat Training System and looked around related facilities and equipment.

Designated as an excellent R&D innovative product
Optimus Systems' metaverse-based synthetic battlefield combat training simulator has been selected as an outstanding R&D innovation by the Ministry of Science and ICT. Optimus System's simulator was selected as an excellent R&D innovative product and will receive support to activate its entry into the procurement market through a contract with the government.

On November 8, 2022, Optimus System CEO Kim Nam-hyuk revealed ,in an interview with the Yeongnam Ilbo, a decision to relocate the Headquarter from Suwon to Daegu and a plan to build a factory in the National Industrial Complex, Daegu, South Korea.

Optimus Systems participated in DX KOREA 2023, held September 4-27, 2022 at KINTEX in Ilsan, Korea. At the Republic of Korea Army booth, Optimus Systems demonstrated a training exercise to neutralize enemy positions with mortar indirect fire support based on a metaverse-based synthetic battlefield joint military training system.
